Merry Christmas!

I got an Ebony Coin Mirror. It's pretty cool, but I have no idea where I'm going to put it. I gave my family each a certificate (I wrote on some paper) to help them buy their next cell phones. They all need new ones, and their plans expire in January. I also got my parents some new speakers for their computer. Their old ones died a couple months ago. I got my 2 year old nephew Nolan a pirate ship and a guitar from Target. I'm pretty sure they'll be among his favorite presents. I'll try to get the pictures from my sister and post them online. I think there may even be some live action footage.

God bless ye merry gentlemen.

Creatine

I worked out lower body last night, and it was intense. I'm not sure if it was extra motivation from the Creatine, or the fact that I had a bottle with me, so I didn't take any water breaks. I'm pretty sure it was the Creatine. I felt like I had a ton of energy, and for me, that never happens. I weighted myself as well, and am now at 148 lbs. So I picked up a pound in day 1. Let's hope I continue to gain weight. Yesterday, I got only 72 grams of protein. I left my bottle at home, so I didn't get my second meal of chocolate flavoured protein water. And I didn't get any lunch. The only good news is that I still gained a pound.

Target Goal: 160
Current: 148
Start: 147

Popeye

I watched about 4 Popeye cartoons last night before I went to bed. Nothing like a little Spinach to get you going. Just like Popeye, I've decided to start buying my own Spinach. But it's called creatine instead. In the last 6 months I've increased my bench from around 140 to 185 lbs. For two weeks I took creatine twice a day and during that stretch my bench increased from 160 to 185. Which is where it has stayed since I dropped the frequency and amount of the creatine. If you've ever used creatine you know that it causes some nausea, which is less than pleasant. The new creatine formula I purchased is suppossed to be easy on the stomach. I tried it last night, and although it tasted like chalk, it hasn't been hard on me. I'm pretty excited about it, it had very detailed directions on how to take it. Plus it had a great Web site. I'll keep everyone posted on how well it works.

I've increased my weight from 143 to 147 over the six months, but I had reached 151 for several weeks during the high intensity creatine days, I slowly dropped down to 147 since stopping the creatine. My bench recessed a little, but not much. I'm a believer in creatine now, anyways.
